Quote of the Day

“When you get married, you make a commitment. I had a lot of girlfriends, but it’s not the same as cheating. I don’t cheat. I am very open about what I do … Sandra Bullock’s husband looks like a real creep. I think that when you are in a relationship, you should be honest. The real immorality of infidelity is the lying.” – Hugh Hefner

Amen.

Chace Crawford Realizes He’s Not as Great As Kevin Bacon

Jump back!

According to Entertainment Weekly, Chace Crawford has pulled out of playing leading man Ren McCormack in the remake of Footloose, because he will be “too busy shooting Gossip Girl this summer.” No offense to Chace, but my take on this is that he just couldn’t pull off the train yard dance sequence (see below).

Bring back SJP and Kevin Bacon! The original just can’t be topped!

Where’s My DWTS Recap?

So, I missed Dancing with the Stars last night, for reasons I don’t need to go into here, but let’s just say I am not happy about it. I did DVR it, however (and btw, don’t you love how DVR became a verb? Discuss amongst yourselves.) and I plan on watching it tonight, with a full recap, if you all will still have me. I’m super excited to see how the double-scoring worked out.

In the meantime, I would like to throw it to my expert analyst, Chris Beal, for a little taste of what we missed last night:

“Here you go, a straight guy’s view of Dancing: The Pussycat girl can just stand there. She is smoking hot. Pam Anderson made a gay dancer straight.”

Watch out world! DWTS may have a new judge quite soon!
