Keeping it Classy: The Wine Purse

By this point in our lives, we’ve all succumbed to the temptation of box ‘o wine – some of us more so than others (I’m lookin’ at you, Krista!). But here to save the day is a new product that can satisfy the trailer-park in us while saving our sophistication. May I present the Baggy Winecoat!

Here are the specs:

Baggy Winecoat gives the popular Bag in Box wines a casual but stylish look! Simply take the wine bag out of the box, place it in the Baggy Winecoat and close the flexible top. A rubber bottom makes sure the Baggy Winecoat does not tip over; neither on the dinner table, nor on the picnic.

The Baggy Winecoat won’t tip over at the dinner table, but you might! Choose between black, red and white (how fitting) for only $58.19 at http://www.scandinaviandesigncenter.com.

The Double Score Showdown: Better Late Than Never

Kick those legs, girl! Larkey/ABC

So I’ve got the DVR going and I’m ready for some serious recappin’. On top of the judges handing out scores for BOTH artistic and technical merit, they are looking for specific moves in every Tango and Rumba. Here. We. Go.

I agree with Carrie Ann; Erin’s performance suffered because of her concentration on the technique. Well that’s what you get for changing up the scoring Carrie Ann!
Score
Technical: 6, 6, 6
Performance: 7, 7, 7

Baseball is BACK at Yankee Stadium

Photo courtesy of ESPN New York.

The Yankees have their home opener today and baseball season is once again up and running in the Bronx.

A few things will be different: the Yanks will be getting their 27th round of championship rings, and Hideki Matsui will be donning an Angels’ uniform. Now tell me this: will the World Series MVP participate in the ring ceremony? Seriously, I have no idea how that works.

Andy Pettitte will take the mound for the 1:05 p.m. start. Here’s to winning a 28th ring. Go Yanks!
