Mother Blames Fox News for Son’s Alleged Crime

If my nana ever beat anyone up, that’s exactly who I would blame too. But really, does anyone need a reason to threaten Nancy Pelosi?

From the New York Daily News:

SAN FRANCISCO – Gregory Giusti, charged with making threatening calls to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, cried Thursday during his first court appearance.

The suspect’s mom, Eleanor Giusti, said her son may have gotten worked up over health care reform listening to Fox News.

“Greg frequently gets in with a group of people that have really radical ideas … which gets him into problems,” she told KGO-TV. “I say Fox News, or all of those that are really radical, and he, that’s where he comes from.”

Taking Important Matters into His Own Hands

Thank you to SuperHoopStud for fixing the 2010 “One Shining Moment” video by eliminating the Jennifer Hudson shots (as well as her version of the song). You must have heard that it was my BIGGEST PET PEEVE of the NCAA Tournament Championship Game.

I have to say that this video is not perfect. I’ve only watched it once and there are some issues, such as the “beat of your heart” clip not sync-ing with the words “beat of your heart.” But I appreciate the effort, and I’m happy someone took the initiative in an attempt to honor the 2009-2010 college basketball season with a worthy video.
