So when we left off last week, Aria was having some serious PTSD from (maybe) killing Shawna, who is (maybe, but probably not actually) A. Spencer is casually having sex with Toby in her bed in her parents’ house with the door open. Ali is visiting her OWN grave. Mona is rocking a killer navy blue sweater dress. And Emily and Hanna are following Jason DiLaurentis around town like it’s totally normal for two girls in leather pants to be standing on street corners in the dark. Mona threatens Ali and makes it pretty clear that we’ve started World War A now that Ali’s back in Rosewood. Oh, and Pepe finds Mrs. DiLaurentis’ hand in the backyard BECAUSE SHE’S DEAD. Totally normal.

PLL Questions: An Inaugural Missive
Editor’s Note: Hi, guys! Allow me to introduce my friend Audrey Marks. She’s one of the greatest minds this generation has seen, and an avid fan of ABCFamily’s Pretty Little Liars. She has generated this entire post based on years of research, and, as you can see from the photo below, is basically a member of the cast. Enjoy her reflections and make her feel at home.
I got invested in 2011. Right from the beginning I was hooked. I was living in Pittsburgh. I was between jobs. I was looking for something meaningful to fill my time. Naturally I turned to Pretty Little Liars (a show about high school girls who never ask adults for help) to fill the void.
For five seasons and like three years I’ve been devoted to this ABC Family gem (and recruiting people to obsess with me along the way). It’s been a topic on the blog and countless gchats between Kelly Carroll and I. And now, I share my insights with you, dear reader.

Things That Are Making Me Happy This Week
Happy Monday! If you had a tough time getting out of bed this morning, wake up! The sun is shining and it’s a beautiful day! People on the subway are still miserable, but that doesn’t mean you have to be. Just think of all the things that will make you happy this week. Here are some of mine.
Wimbledon: Any good Anglophile knows that today marks the beginning of one of the world’s classiest traditions. Break out your tennis whites and your best near-silent clap for the start of Wimbledon, which began today with a whole mess of really great matches.
You can follow the results at Wimbledon’s website, and I’d also recommend following Wimbledon’s Instagram feed for behind-the-scenes action and beautiful shots of those trademark grass courts. Predictions? I think Sharapova is on fire and I want to root for Murray, my Scottish brother-from-another-mother.
