Is it Weird that I Just Made this My Homepage?

As most of you know, I’m pretty much obsessed with the Royal Wedding. And while that may be a little bit bizarre, it is not without some encouragement from the Royal Family themselves, for today they launched a website dedicated solely to the impending nuptials of Prince William and Kate Middleton. It’s kind of like those wedding websites your friends make that give you a list of the wedding party and where the couple is registered, except better. Yes, this is what I will be doing for the rest of the day.

Included in the website is information about the service, which will be held on April 29, the procession to Westminster Abbey, and the reception. Current press releases regarding the couple’s recent walkabouts in Wales and St. Andrew’s, as well the announcement of the bridal party, occupy the lower half of the site. This weekend saw #3 Duke get smacked by St. John’s, who, although playing much better this year, are still the eleventh-place team in the Big East. Editor’s Note: I want everyone to know that I called that loss when the Red Storm was up by only 4 in the first half. Fun-da-mentals. Also, the actual Red Storm mascot is very creepy. #19 Louisville beat #5 Connecticut, and are now in second place in the Big East. #7 Villanova also fell to Georgetown. And in maybe the wildest turn of events, #10 Syracuse lost its fourth game in a row, to Marquette – and are now tied with them for seventh place in the Big East.
